Sharing a presentation with someone who doesn't have PowerPoint, or locking in a final version before it goes out for review, usually means converting it to PDF first. ConvertBrio is building PowerPoint to PDF support so you'll be able to do that conversion directly in your browser.
What This Tool Will Do
PowerPoint to PDF will convert .ppt and .pptx presentations into a fixed-layout PDF that preserves slide design, fonts, and images, so recipients can view it exactly as designed without needing PowerPoint installed.
Why It's Not Live Yet
Presentation files have their own layout and rendering logic, distinct from the Word document pipeline ConvertBrio currently supports. Building reliable PowerPoint rendering is part of the broader Excel/PowerPoint conversion work currently underway.
What's Available Right Now
While this tool is being built, ConvertBrio's Word to PDF and PDF to Word tools handle document-based conversions today. Check back as presentation support becomes available.

Is PowerPoint to PDF available yet?
Not yet — presentation conversion needs its own rendering pipeline, which is part of the Excel/PowerPoint support ConvertBrio is currently building. Only Word ↔ PDF/JPG/PNG conversion is available today.
Will slide design and formatting be preserved?
That's the goal — the converted PDF is intended to preserve slide layout, fonts, and images so the presentation looks the same as it does in PowerPoint.
What can I convert today instead?
Word to PDF and PDF to Word are live now for document conversions while presentation support is being developed.
