1. Using ConvertBrio
You may use ConvertBrio to convert, compress, and enhance files you own or have the right to process. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, attempt to disrupt the service, or use automated tools to abuse rate limits without our written permission.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the files you upload. We claim no ownership over your content and only process it to deliver the conversion or enhancement you request.
4. Paid services
ConvertBrio does not currently offer paid subscriptions. If paid services are introduced, their prices, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions will be shown before purchase. These Terms will be updated before paid services become available.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep ConvertBrio available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
ConvertBrio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertBrio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ConvertBrio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
