Merge Documents: Coming Soon to ConvertBrio

Combining a mix of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files into a single PDF today usually means converting each one separately and merging them by hand. ConvertBrio is building a Merge Documents tool that will do the whole process in one step.

What This Tool Will Do

Merge Documents will accept multiple files across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint formats, convert each into PDF, and combine them into a single ordered document — useful for assembling a report, proposal, or presentation packet made up of pieces created in different Office applications.

Why It's Not Live Yet

This tool depends on Excel and PowerPoint conversion support, which ConvertBrio is currently building. Since Merge Documents needs all three document types working reliably, it launches after that underlying support is in place.

What You Can Do Right Now

Today, you can convert a Word document to PDF with Word to PDF, then combine multiple PDFs — including ones you already have — using ConvertBrio's Merge PDF tool. Full mixed-format merging arrives once Excel and PowerPoint support ships.
